Architect and President of Arrowstreet

Amy Korté is the President of Arrowstreet, a Boston-based architecture, planning, and interior design firm. As a leader in the design of large-scale mixed-use projects, Amy focuses on how evolving technologies, climate change, and societal shifts shape cities and buildings. Her diverse expertise—spanning architecture, interiors, retail, and development—enables her to deliver innovative, multidisciplinary solutions.

Amy holds a Master’s in Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a BFA in Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Harvard COOP and the Advisory Board for UMass Boston’s Sustainable Solutions Lab, which focuses on climate justice research. Additionally, she contributes to Nuestra Comunidad's Development Committee. An advocate for equity in the CRE industry, Amy co-chairs the CREW Boston DEI Committee and the Boston Society for Architecture Women Principals Group.
