Andrew Lyons is a construction risk management professional with experience in real estate development and construction, as well as finance/lending (construction, inventory, and receivables) working on projects across a wide range of product types including multi-family, office, industrial, resort/hotel, marinas, golf courses, renewable energy projects, and medical facilities. In addition to Construction Management, he has a background in accounting and finance with several years’ experience in internal auditing, as well as being a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a focus in new product and process design and product/process redesign. This allows him to look at various processes related to project management and project billing in a new way to identify inefficiencies, areas with weak controls, etc.

Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  He is a Certified Construction Auditor, certified Construction Controls Professional, and Certified Associate Constructor. He is also an inactive Certified Internal Auditor.
