Requirements:

Working knowledge of rent stabilization laws and apartment building management is essential.
Individual must be able to provide excellent customer service, have strong communication and telephone skills, and word processing and data entry skills.
Mandarin-speaking and/or Cantonese-speaking strongly preferred.
