Fenway Center is Boston's first over-the-Pike project in nearly 40 years, spanning the Massachusetts Turnpike between Brookline Avenue and Beacon Street. Along with 109 Brookline, the two sites will house 1.3M SF of lab/office space, retail space, new pedestrian pathways, landscaped open space, and connections to transit.
