Bio:
Bentley Zhao is the Chairman & CEO of New Empire Corp. He has made his career in real estate ever since completing his studies in Architecture at New York City College and in Economics at Baruch College. Bentley is part of the second generation of New Empire, which his father founded in 1997. Bentley became CEO of New Empire in 2004 and has since led the company to new heights of success. Over the years, he has expanded the team to incorporate expertise and experience in a broad base of areas, including designing, building, and managing multi-family residences, offices, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, rental apartment buildings, and mixed-used condominium buildings. As of 2023, the company has developed and completed construction on more than 120 residential and hotel property projects.
