Jerry Pi is founder and leading member of Pi Capital Partners, a private Asian-American real estate family office based out of New York City. The core ideology focuses acquisition and value add of prime Manhattan and Queens real estate. The firm executes on a long-term buy and hold real estate strategy. The company self-performs the real estate functions of acquisition, asset management, financial underwriting, real estate development, and brokerage. The firm manages about half a million square feet of commercial space across over 40 properties. Pi Capital Partners is wholly owned with no outside investors or equity partners. Pi Capital Partners is a NYC-certified MWBE business.
