Kim Thai, Esq. Is a Director of Development at IQHQ, a life sciences REIT, in Boston. She leads the entitlement and permitting of developments in the Boston region. Prior to her current position, Kim served as Mayor Martin J. Walsh's Special Assistant, coordinating and addressing the City of Boston's response to homelessness, substance use, and mental health issues in the Mass and Cass area. She previously served as Assistant Commissioner of Plans & Zoning and Director of Policy at Boston Inspectional Services. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and dog and traveling.
