Young S. Woo is the founder and principal of Youngwoo & Associates. In a career spanning four decades, Mr. Woo has established himself as one of the foremost thought leaders in real estate development. In crafting projects that challenge conventional wisdom, Mr. Woo has produced a legacy of visionary and groundbreaking developments – from pioneering Data Center development to the “Sky Garage” to Pier 57 in New York City. Mr. Woo also developed the World largest “Vineyard Estate” in Mendoza, Argentina and owns a farm land/agribusiness in Paraguay. Known for his keen ability to forecast future consumer trends and demands and then to design real estate projects that are responsive to them, Mr. Woo has been recognized for his contributions by major global and trade publications.

Mr. Woo is a graduate of Pratt School of Architecture, a member of NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate advisory board, and a Governor of the Real Estate Board of New York. In addition, Mr. Woo is a philanthropist supporting organizations focused on the indigenous culture in Latin America.
