Patrick Yu

While many attorneys have some experience in real estate law, few can duplicate Patrick Yu’s unique combination of real estate legal expertise and experience.

As an attorney with Salamon Gruber Blaymore & Strenger, P.C., he represents owners, managers, developers, and investors in real estate litigation and transactions and corporate transactions. His areas of concentration include corporate acquisitions, construction litigation, preparing construction contracts, negotiating lease transactions, property acquisitions and financing. In the arena of landlord-tenant litigation, Mr. Yu has represented more than 40 residential and commercial landlords in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens in over 1,700 cases.

Mr. Yu is a graduate of Columbia College at Columbia University and received his law degree from the Notre Dame Law School of the University of Notre Dame and his Masters of Science in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University. He is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York, New York City Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
