Peter Z. Wu

Peter Wu is President of Eastbrook Real Estate Group, a boutique real estate investment banking firm involved with Financing, Acquisitions, Sales, Leasing and Joint Ventures in the Metropolitan New York Area. Eastbrook is a New York Licensed Real Estate Broker and have been in business for over 25 years.

Mr. Wu was a commercial real estate banker for ten years, first with Chase Bank and later ran the New York real estate finance office for the Bank of Montreal.

Mr. Wu taught "Investment Property Finance" at New York University's Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Wu was mentioned in "The Art of the Comeback" by Donald Trump.

Peter has an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
