Vivian Jin, CPA

Vivian Jin, CPA, is a Managing Director at CBIZ Marks Paneth. Ms. Jin focuses on serving commercial and residential real estate clients as well as co-ops and low-income housing units. She is responsible for planning and supervising audit engagements and assists clients with many types of real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions. She advises her clients on all facets of accounting and tax issues. 

Ms. Jin has approximately 15 years of experience in public accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA). She is a co-chair of the Real Estate Committee for the Nassau Chapter of the NYSSCPA. Ms. Jin is actively involved in other industry associations including the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) and the Association of Women Accountants in Real Estate. 

She is a member of the firm’s China Desk, a cross-disciplinary team of professionals who can assist both US and Chinese businesses and individuals looking to work, invest, raise capital or do business in China and the United States. Ms. Jin is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese. She is a member of the board of the Asian Real Estate Professionals Association. 

Ms. Jin holds a Bachelor of Science from Queens College of the City University of New York. She is licensed to practice public accounting in New York.
