Lita Wall

Ms. Wall possesses over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and investment in the United States and Asia. Ms. Wall has been involved in more than $10 billion of commercial real estate transactions, including raising debt and equity as well as analyzing investments and developments, for a broad range of commercial real estate property types. She has a breadth of experience from commercial real estate lending to private equity investment as well as acquisitions and developments. 

Ms. Wall held a number of senior positions within the debt and equity origination as well as credit review and underwriting functions with various major U.S. and foreign financial institutions, such as Schroders Asset Management, Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale and Bank of America. Her clients include several reputable real estate developers, investors, lenders and major financial institutions.
