Nicholas Tan is a highly experienced real estate developer and licensed builder, a licensed construction supervisor (CSL), and home improvement contractor (HIC). He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
"DT Development" was founded in 2020 and 100% owned by Nicholas Tan, which is a comprehensive vertically managed real estate development group company, broadly focusing on construction and development, integrating real estate Land / Property / Development projects purchasing and developing, construction, financial investment, property holding and management. Nicholas’s rich real estate experience enables the company to have the ability to buy and build, managed 100% by itself in house, which is rare and unrepeatable in the industry.
After the company purchased the Norwood headquarter 20,000 sf building, which is a comprehensive LAB / MEDICAL / OFFICE building with an estimated value of $5 million in April 2022. The combined portfolio development property value has reached $40 million, involving nearly 50 property units.
Nicholas was born into the construction business with his father and uncles being career construction contractors and developers. He has followed suit and has spent his professional career as a construction builder, and, more latterly, adding investment in selected construction / realty projects to his business pursuits.
2010 to present – CEO / G.M. / Manager of various construction projects involving construction projects for single families, multi families, 10+ condominiums, as well as multiple renovation and upgrade contracts. The total value of projects done by Nicholas Tan to date is more than $50 million in the construction industry.
No slowing down in sight, Nicholas is still taking NT Development to new heights.
In addition, Nicholas holds positions as Board of Directors at Asian American Association and President at Asian American International Chamber of Commerce.
