Tang Fan

Tang Fan is an Executive Director on Chase’s Commercial Term Lending (CTL) team providing commercial real estate owners and investors with the best financing solutions for purchasing or refinancing stabilized apartment, retail, office, industrial, and mixed use properties.

Tang began his career in fixed income within Investment Banking and transitioned into a focus in commercial real estate, which was and still is his primary field of interest.  With almost 20 years of experience in banking and real estate, Tang has actively lent within many facets of commercial real estate finance that include Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS), Fannie/Freddie agency lending, and portfolio/structured finance lending, on both a national and local level.  Tang has been a part of the Commercial Term Lending group since 2005 and specializes in New York City real estate.

Tang is an alumnus of Stern School of Business, New York University graduating with multiple majors in Finance, Management and Organizational Behavior.

Tang is also a second generation real estate owner/operator who has experience owning and managing family held real estate.  Although he was born in Hong Kong, he is a proud New York City resident with roots in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
